about RDM Technologies

The RDM Preventative Maintenance Programs are designed to eliminate unexpected equipment failure, increase equipment service life and insure a safe environment. RDM provides on every PM service call a complete log of all service activity, including condition, maintenance performed and a list of installed parts.

The RDM Ammonia Preventative Maintenance Program includes:

  • A general inspection and routine service on all compressors and evaporative condensers
  • A minor overhaul on each reciprocating compressor
  • An inspection for functionality and mechanical integrity on all suction traps, receivers and ammonia valves.

The MicroBlend Preventative Maintenance Program inspects, repairs and documents the condition of the four major components of the MicroBlend System:

  • The Blend System
  • The Carbonation System
  • The Deaeration System
  • The Product/H2O Chiller

The annual, semi-annual and supplemental annual preventative maintenance service provides for:

  • Replacement of worn parts
  • Calibration of I/P transducers, level transmitters and valve positioners
  • Audit of all three Micro Motion Flow Meters for stability and calibration.

The RDM Carbo-Cooler Preventative Maintenance Program* includes the inspection, repair and replacement of worn parts, calibration of components and valve, and documentation of the condition and performance of the four major components of the Carbo-Cooler System:

  • The Deaeration System
  • The Blend System
  • The Cooling System
  • The Carbonation System
